Born in Barbullush (Shkodër) on 14 November 1980. After his philosophical and theological studies at the Interdiocesan Seminary “Our Lady of Good Counsel”, he was ordained a priest on 29 June 2007. In 2024 he obtained a licence in Spirituality at the Pontifical Gregorian University. Since 14 July 2025 he has served as Vicar General. He is currently parish priest of Dajç i Bregut të Bunës.

In 2020 he obtained a licence in Canon Law at the Pontifical Gregorian University. He is currently rector of the Basilica of Our Lady of Good Counsel.
